牛膝不同炮制方法不同商品等级饮片中有害残留物含量比较 被引量:3

Analysis and Comparison of Harmful Residues Contents in Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)of Different Processing Methods and Different Commercial Grades

摘要 目的:测定牛膝不同炮制方法及不同商品等级饮片中有害残留物含量,比较牛膝不同等级饮片及酒牛膝间含量差异,探讨牛膝不同炮制方法及不同商品等级饮片中有害残留物的分布规律。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定重金属含量,质谱法测定黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2及其总量,液相色谱-质谱联用法测定吡虫啉含量,气相色谱-质谱联用法测定噁草酮含量。结果:牛膝饮片与酒牛膝样品中重金属镉、砷、铜含量分别为0.03~0.10、0.02~0.20、3.00~5.00 mg/kg,其他均未检出。牛膝不同等级饮片中镉、砷含量由低到高为:一等<二等≤统货<三等,铜含量由低到高为:统货/三等<二等<一等;牛膝中镉、砷、铜含量均小于酒牛膝。结论:所有样品均为合格品,牛膝不同等级饮片及不同炮制品中重金属含量差异较小,重金属镉、砷主要分布于低等级饮片中,铜主要分布于优等级饮片中,炮制可对有害残留物产生影响,研究结果可为牛膝饮片质量分级和质量评价提供参考依据。 Objective:To determine the content of harmful residues in Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)of different processing methods and different commercial grades,to compare the contents differences in Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)of different grades and Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)processed with wine,and to explore the distribution rule of harmful residues in Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)of different commercial grades and different processing methods.Methods:The content of heavy metals was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Aflatoxin B1,B2,G1,G2 and total contents were determined by MS.Imidacloprid was determined by LC-MS,and Oxadiazon was determined by GC-MS.Results:The contents of Cd,As and Cu were respectively 0.03-0.10 mg/kg,0.02-0.20 mg/kg,3.00-5.00 mg/kg in Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)and Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)processed with wine,and others were not detected.The contents of Cd and As in different grades of Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)were as follows,first class<second class≤unified class<third class.The contents of Cu were as follows,unified class/third class<second class<first class.Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)shows were lower contents of Cd,As and Cu than Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)processed with wine.Conclusion:All of the samples are qualified,and there is little difference in heavy metal content in Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix)of different commercial grades and different processed products.Cd and As are mainly distributed in low grades of Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix),and Cu is mainly distributed in excellent grades of Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix).The processing can affect the harmful residues.The research results can provide a reference for the quality grading and quality evaluation of Niuxi(Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix).
