The development strategies of science and technology and key points of technical innovation in the 14th Five-Year Plan of the petroleum and chemical industry

介绍了“十三五”期间,中国石油和化工行业科技创新取得的主要成绩、目前产业发展状况、“十四五”发展面临的机遇和挑战、发展思路和目标,着重介绍了“十四五”科技创新重点任务,提出了实现科技创新目标应采取的保障措施。

The main achievements of technical innovation in China petroleum and chemical industry during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,the current status of industrial development,the opportunities and challenges,strategies and objectives of the development in the“14th Five-Year Plan”are introduced in this paper.The key tasks of technical innovation in the“14th Five-Year Plan”are highlighted,and the safeguard measures that should be taken to achieve the goal of technical innovation are suggested.
