摘要
研究建立了50%呋虫胺·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用ZORBAX SB C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)反相柱以及紫外可变波长检测器,在245 nm波长下,以甲醇、水作为流动相,通过外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。结果表明,呋虫胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9991,标准偏差分别为0.078和0.094,变异系数分别为0.19%和0.93%,平均回收率分别为99.94%和99.75%。该方法准确度、精密度较高,适用于呋虫胺·氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂的分析检测。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of dinotefuran˙chlorantraniliprole 50%suspension concentrate was established by HPLC on ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with UV-absobance detector(at 245 nm wavelength)and methanol and water as mobile phase.The effective components were also determined and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of dinotefuran and chlorantraniliprole were 0.9998 and 0.9991,the standard deviations were 0.078 and 0.094,the variation coefficients were 0.19%and 0.93%,the average recoveries were 99.94%and 99.75%,respectively.The method was simple,rapid,accurate,and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
