野菊花中总黄酮提取工艺及响应曲面优化研究

Study on Extraction Technology and Response Surface Optimization of Total Flavonoids from Chrysanthemums

以野菊花中总黄酮为研究对象,以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,通过操作简单回流工艺提取总黄酮并对工艺条件优化。结果为在料液比120 g·mL^(-1)、乙醇浓度70%、温度60℃、提取1.5 h,提取率为2.77%。

Perennial plant are used to treat heart disease,high blood pressure,fight inflammation and bacteria,slow down aging and other symptoms.In this paper,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was used as an evaluation index,and the reflux extraction process of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum Indicum L.was optimized by single factor and response surface test.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:1∶20 g·mL^(-1),70%ethanol concentration,60℃temperature for 1.5 h,the optimum extraction rate was 2.77%.
