高油油菜新品种鸿优66选育及高产栽培技术 被引量:1

Breeding of New High Oil Rapeseed Variety‘Hongyou 66’and Its Cultivation Technique for High Yield

摘要 高油油菜品种鸿优66是采用化杀两系杂交种的选育方法,将Hy66诱导为雄性不育系,与父本408R组配而成的两系杂交种。鸿优66在长江下游生态区平均667m2产量211.94 kg,比对照品种沣油737增产8.41%,达极显著水平。在长江中游生态区平均667 m2产量188.51 kg,比对照品种沣油737增产6.99%,达极显著水平。在黄淮区平均产量236.30 kg·667 m^(-2),比对照品种秦优7号增产3.72%,达显著水平。鸿优66含油量47.16%,芥酸含量0.01%,硫苷含量25.72 umol·g^(-1)饼,达到国家优质双低标准。低抗菌核病,中抗病毒病,中抗霜霉病。鸿优66适宜在安徽、江苏、湖北、湖南、江西、河南、陕西关中、甘肃陇南、山西南部秋播种植。通过高效田间管理技术,可实现油菜高产高油、农民增收的目标。 The rapeseed variety‘Hongyou 66’is a variety with high oil content,which was bred by chemical hybriding,Hy66 was induced to be male sterile line,and was pollinated by the male parent 408R.The average yield of‘Hongyou 66’was 211.94 kg·667m^(-2)in the lower reaches of the Yangtze river,which was 8.41%significantly higher than that of the control variety‘Fengyou 737’.In the middle reaches of the Yangtze river,the average yield per 667m2 was 188.51kg,which was 6.99%higher than that of‘Fengyou 737’.The average yield per 667m2 was 236.30kg in Huanghuai area,which was 3.72%higher than that of the control variety‘Qinyou 7’.‘Hongyou 66’had oil content of 47.16%,erucic acid content of 0.01%and glucosinolates content of 25.72 umol·g^(-1),it met the national standard of high quality and double low variety.‘Hongyou 66’showed low resistance to stem rot(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum),moderate resistance to CaMV virus and moderate resistance to downy mildew.‘Hongyou 66’is suitable for sowing in autumn in Anhui,Jiangsu,Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi,Henan,Guanzhong of Shaanxi,Longnan of Gansu and southern Shaanxi.Through efficient field management technology,the goal of high yield and high oil content of rapeseed and increase of farmers'income can be achieved.
