超微针刀联合温灸疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

The observation on the curative effect of ultramicro needle-knife combined with warm moxibustion therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的探讨超微针刀联合温灸疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法64例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组采取温针灸治疗,观察组采取超微针刀联合温灸疗法。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Consunt-Murley肩关节功能各项评分,并进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗后,两组肩周炎患者的疼痛症状均较治疗前减轻,VAS评分显著下降(P<0.05),Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗1~2个疗程后,观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Constam-Murley肩关节功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗的总有效率为93.75%,对照组治疗的总有效率为68.75%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超微针刀联合温灸疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效显著,可有效减轻患肩疼痛症状,增加患肩活动范围。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of uhramicro needle-knife combined with warm moxibustion in the treatment of scapulohumeral peri«irthritis.Methods 64 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm moxibustion therapy,and the observation group was treated with ultramicro needle-knife combined with wann moxibustion therapy.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and constant-Murley shoulder function scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After treatment,the pain of the two groups was alleviated,VAS score was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and constant Murley shoulder function score was significantly increased(P<0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and constant Murley shoulder function score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%(30/32),which was significantly higher than 68.75%(22/32)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultramicro needle-knife combined with warm moxibustion therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can effectively reduce the pain degree of scapulohumeral periarthritis and increase the range of motion of the affected shoulder.
