妊娠期糖尿病患者产程中饮食体验的质性研究

摘要 目的通过深入了解妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者产程中的饮食体验,为其饮食方案的制定提供参考。方法选取2020年10月至2020年12月于杭州市妇产科医院分娩中心分娩的12例GDM患者进行访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学7步法对访谈资料进行分析。结果GDM患者产程中的饮食体验可归纳为4个主题,包括饮食指导需求,外界因素的影响,产程进展中疼痛对进食的影响和家庭支持明显不足。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者产程中的饮食情况受多种因素影响,医护人员、家庭成员需要多予以关注和重视。 Objective To provide reference for diet plan for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus through in-depth understanding of their labor eating experience.Methods Twelve patients with GDM who delivered in the delivery center of Hangzhou Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from October 2020 to December 2020 were selected and interviewed.The interview data were analyzed using the 7-step Colaizzi phenomenology method.Results The feeding experience of GDM patients during labor can be summarized into four themes,including dietary guidance needs,the influence of external factors,the influence of pain on feeding during labor and the apparent lack of family support.Conclusion The diet of patients with gestational diabetes during labor is affected by many factors,so it is necessary to arouse the attention of medical staff and family members to the patients with gestational diabetes.
