腹腔镜直肠癌术后应用快速康复外科护理干预的效果

目的探讨快速康复外科护理干预对腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法64例腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者随机分为对照组与观察组,分别实施常规护理、快速康复外科护理干预模式,比较两组的围手术期指标、术后并发症发生率等。结果观察组患者的首次排便、排气、进食时间均早于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),对照组的并发症发生率为28.13%,观察组的并发症发生率为6.25%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜直肠癌术后应用快速康复外科护理干预,有助于患者尽快恢复,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods 64 cases of patients underwent laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention modes were implemented respectively.Perioperative indicators and postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first defecation,exhaust and feeding in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 28.13%,and that in the observation group was 6.25%,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention after laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery can help patients recover as soon as possible and reduce the occurrence of complications.
