冬凌草甲素提取及抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过超声提取,采用乙醚-丙酮梯度洗脱结合重结晶法,获得高纯度冬凌草甲素,采用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)法进行抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)活性的研究。结果显示,通过提取与纯化,获得冬凌草甲素质量分数为99.38%;冬凌草甲素对MRSA的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.4 mg/mL。采用超声提取获得比较好的提取效果;冬凌草甲素在2倍MIC浓度下能显著抑制MRSA的生长和繁殖,3倍MIC浓度下几乎无MRSA生长。 In order to obtain the high purity oridonin by a new method of extraction and separation,and to study its anti MRSA activity. Oridonin was extracted by ultrasonic wave combined with gradient elution of ether-acetone and recrystallization.The bacteriostatic test of Staphylococcus aureus was carried out by using the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) method.The results showed the content of oridonin was 99.38% by extraction and purification,and MIC of oridonin to MRSA was0.4 mg·m L-1. Rapid and normal temperature ultrasonic extraction was a good method,oridonin could significantly inhibit the growth and reproduction of MRSA at double MIC concentration,and almost no MRSA at triple MIC concentration.
