摘要
整体结构件的变形测量是保证其质量的重要手段,但结构件的尺寸大,通常为薄壁结构,往往存在较为严重的变形问题,而传统的测量仪器和测量手段无法准确测量其变形。为了解决整体结构件的变形测量问题,提出了结构件的在线测量方法。将结构件划分为若干个区域,每个区域可视为薄板结构,推导出薄板在典型变形下的变形函数,进行仿真验证变形函数的准确性,从而得到整体结构件的变形函数和评价方法,提出整体结构件的在线测量方法。传统测量方法只能在加工后进行变形测量,所提出的方法可以在工序间进行测量,提高结构件的质量。
Deformation measurement of integral structural parts is an important means to ensure their quality.However,due to their large size and thin-walled structure,serious deformation problem often exists.Traditional measuring instruments and measuring methods can not accurately measure the deformation.In order to solve the problem,an on-line measurement method of structural parts was proposed.The structural parts were divided into several regions,and each region can be regarded as the thin plate structure.The deformation function of the thin plate under typical deformation was deduced,and the simulation was carried out to verify the accuracy of the deformation function.The deformation function and evaluation method of the integral structure were obtained,and the online measurement method of the integral structure was proposed.The traditional measurement method can only measure the deformation after machining,but the method proposed can measure the deformation between processes and improve the quality of structural parts.
