Investigation and Research on the Teaching Ability of Dance Sports Teachers in Training Institutions in Tongling

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法对铜陵市培训机构体育舞蹈教师教学能力的现状进行调查,客观分析教师教学能力的现状和不足,全方位探讨导致教师教学能力现状的主客观原因,寻找解决问题的方法与措施,提出教师教学能力的培养对策,给出可操作性的指导意见,以期为铜陵市培训机构中体育舞蹈教师的整体教学水平的提高提供有价值的参考。

Using the methods of literature study and expert interview to Tongling city training institutions to investigate the present situation of sports dance teachers'teaching abilities,an objective analysis of the status quo of teachers'teaching ability and the insufficiency,the omni-directional discusses the present situation of teachers'teaching ability of subjective and objective reasons,to find the methods and measures to solve the problem,puts forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of teachers'teaching ability,give operational guidance,in order to tongling city sports dance teacher's teaching ability and to provide valuable reference for improvement of the overall teaching level.
