莫来石基复合材料研究进展

Research progress on mullite based composite material

莫来石因独特的晶体结构和成分组成而具有诸多优良的物理和化学性能,被广泛应用于制备复合材料。综述了莫来石在涂层材料、高分子材料、蓄热储能材料、透波材料、保温隔热材料、陶瓷膜材料中的应用研究进展,指出在现有研究的基础上应加强莫来石基电学和光学材料的研究。同时应开发适宜的技术对高铝粉煤灰中的莫来石物相进行纯化并应用于复合材料,以实现粉煤灰固废的消纳及莫来石资源的利用。

Mullite has many excellent physical and chemical properties because of its unique crystal structure and composition,and is widely used in the preparation of composite materials.The application of mullite in coating material,polymer material,thermal energy storage material,wave transparent material,thermal insulation material and ceramic membrane material were reviewed.It was pointed out that the study of mullite based electrical and optical materials should be strengthened on the basis of existing research.It was necessary to develop appropriate technology to purify mullite phase in high alumina fly ash,and applied it to appropriate composite materials,so as to realize the consumption of fly ash solid waste and the utilization of mullite resources.
