Optimization of spray drying technology for Yixintai compound concentrate by Box-Behnken response surface method combined with BP neural network

摘要 目的:优选益心泰复方浓缩液喷雾干燥工艺参数。方法:采用G1-熵权法计算黄芪甲苷、丹酚酸B与羟基红花黄色素A的含量及出粉率的综合评分,以综合评分为评价指标,通过单因素实验考察糊精用量、药液相对密度、蠕动速度、进风温度与空气体积流量对其喷雾干燥工艺的影响,利用Box-Behnken响应面设计和反向传播神经网络优化益心泰复方浓缩液的喷雾干燥工艺参数。结果:喷雾干燥工艺最佳参数为药液相对密度1.12,糊精比例20%,进风温度150℃,空气流量35 m^(3)·h^(-1),蠕动泵转速15 r·min^(-1)。结论:优选的益心泰复方浓缩液喷雾干燥工艺稳定可行。 Objective:To optimize the spray drying process parameters of Yixintai compound concentrate.Methods:The G1-entropy weight method was used to calculate the comprehensive score of the contents of astragaloside IV,salvianolic acid B and hydroxysafflor yellow A and the extraction rate,and the comprehensive score was used as the evaluation index.The effects of dextrin dosage,relative density of liquid medicine,peristaltic speed,air inlet temperature and air volume flow on spray drying process were investigated by single factor experiment.The spray drying parameters of Yixintai compound concentrate were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface design and BP neural network.Results:The optimum parameters of spray drying technology were as follows:relative density of liquid medicine 1.12,dextrin ratio 20%,air inlet temperature 150 degrees,air flow 35 m^(3)·h^(-1) and peristaltic pump speed 15 r·min^(-1).Conclusion:The optimized spray drying process of Yixintai compound concentrate is stable and feasible.
