日本中小学教师的时间减负困境及治理 被引量:11

The Predicament and Management of Time Reduction of Japanese Primary and Secondary School Teachers

摘要 日本教师工作负担在时间维度上表现为霸权化、失衡化与机械化,这使教师被动处于身心损耗的职业窘境,困惑于边界模糊的职业泥淖,更沉沦于旨归失落的职业深渊。为在此困境中寻求突围,日本政府以基于法制改革的时长限制实现自由性时间,以基于责任溯源的教育再分工实现意义性时间,通过回归教师天职与教育原点实现坚守教育初心的指向性时间。借鉴日本,我国面对类似问题需建立明晰的教师工作负荷管理机制,加强校内改革与校外协助对教师工作的支持,更要重塑学生为本的理念,确保教师减负与教育提质的兼得。
