Thermal efficiency and energy-saving technological of industrial coal-fired boilers

摘要 针对河北省工业锅炉数量大且热效率低的现状,通过分析193台燃煤锅炉能效测试数据,发现低吨位燃煤锅炉存在运行负荷低、燃烧不充分和排烟温度高等问题。针对这些问题,对其中111台燃煤锅炉进行改造,结合工程实例对燃煤锅炉节能改造技术和节能效果进行研究,得出工业锅炉节能改造是提高锅炉热效率和节能环保的有效措施。 In light of the large number of industrial boilers and low thermal efficiency in Hebei Province, by analyzing the energy efficiency test data of 193 coal-fired boilers, and it is found that low-tonnage coal-fired boilers have the problems of low operating load, insufficient combustion and high exhaust gas temperature. In view of these problems, 111 energy efficiency test of coal-fired boilers after energy-saving transformation, and technical and energy-saving analysis of the energy-saving transformation of coal-fired boilers combined with engineering examples, demonstrated that the energysaving transformation of industrial boilers is an effective measure to improve boiler thermal efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection.
