摘要
血管钙化(VC)是高血压病、动脉粥样硬化性疾病、肾功能不全和衰老等普遍存在的共同的血管病理表现,由其引起的高病死率和致残率严重影响人们的生活质量。目前,VC的发生发展的分子机制尚不清楚,并且临床上缺乏有效的预防及治疗手段。近年来,越来越多研究表明环状RNA(CircRNAs)参与疾病发生发展的病理过程,并成为目前的研究热点。同样,大量的研究认为CircRNAs在VC的发生发展过程中也扮演着非常重要的作用。本文就CircRNAs在血管钙化中的最新研究进展进行综述。
Vascular calcification(VC) has been demonstrated as a common vascular pathology of hypertension, atherosclerotic diseases, renal insufficiency and aging. The high mortality and disability rate caused by VC have significantly affected the quality of life. At present, the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of VC has not been clearly clarified, and also the effective prevention and treatments have not been found in the clinic. Recently, Circular RNAs(CircRNAs) as the highlights have been confirmed by amount of studies to be involved in the pathological processes of many diseases. Furthermore, CircRNAs also have been studied to play important role in the occurrence and development of VC. Our present review focus the latest research progress of CircRNAs in VC.
