商务译才跨文化胜任力体认培养:理据与路径

摘要 跨文化胜任力是商务译才的核心素养之一,主要框架要素有商务文化认知能力、商务文化移情能力、跨文化商务沟通能力和跨文化再创作能力。译学的“体认”转向为商务译才跨文化胜任力培养打开了全新思路。研究者基于体认翻译学和体验学习理论,探索出从具身体验到概念抽象,到理性认知,再到知识建构,最后回归具身体验的商务译才跨文化胜任力体认规律,是为商务译才跨文化胜任力体认培养理据。翻译教师可通过跨文化体验活动在场化、翻译教学情境项目化、文化隐性课程问题化三个途径,有机融合跨文化体认机制习得和语言转换技能训练,提升商务翻译人才的跨文化沟通与创新能力。 Cross-cultural competence, one of the core literacy of business translators, mainly consist of business cultural awareness, business cultural empathy, intercultural business communication ability and intercultural re-creation competence. The Embodied-cognitive turn of translatology provides a new perspective for the cultivation of cross-cultural competence for business translators. Based on Embodied-cognitive translatology and experiential learning theory, the author has explored the law of business translators’ cross-cultural competence development, namely starting from embodied experience to conceptual abstraction, to rational cognition, to knowledge construction, and finally back to embodied experience. This provides rationale for embodied-cognitive cultivation of cross-cultural competence for business translators. Translation teachers can enhance the intercultural communication and creative ability of business translators by organically integrating the acquisition of intercultural recognition mechanism and language conversion skills training through three ways: designing co-present intercultural embodying activities, conducting project-oriented translation teaching, and implementing problem-solving cultural implicit curriculum.
