大直径煤仓对主井稳定性的时效影响特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着煤矿高产工作面的推广应用,采区煤仓的尺寸越来越大,在煤仓施工及运营期间会影响到毗邻主井的稳定。基于兴隆庄煤矿十采区大直径煤仓煤岩体蠕变试验及蠕变参数辨识研究,构建了改进的黏弹塑性非定常Burgers蠕变模型,建立了大直径煤仓与毗邻井筒FLAC3D大型三维数值计算模型,揭示了在开挖与支护条件下大直径煤仓围岩位移和塑性区随时间的演化规律,分析了锚网索喷支护技术方案的可行性。揭示了大直径煤仓开挖对主井稳定性的时效影响规律,煤仓掘进与支护后围岩竖向位移和应力随距离呈指数递减,煤仓与主井相距超过150 m时,则煤仓在掘进与使用过程中对主井的稳定性没有产生影响。 With the popularization and application of high-yield working face in coal mine, the size of coal bunker in mining area becomes larger and larger, which will affect the stability of adjacent main shaft during the construction and operation of coal bunker. Based on the creep test of coal and rock mass and creep parameter identification of large diameter coal bunker in No.10 mining area of Xinglongzhuang coal mine, an improved viscoelasto-plastic unsteady Burgers creep model was established, and a large three-dimensional numerical calculation model of FLAC3 Dbetween large diameter coal bunker and adjacent shaft was established. The evolution law of displacement and plastic zone of surrounding rock of large diameter coal bunker with time under the condition of excavation and support is revealed, and the feasibility of bolt-mesh and cable shotcrete support technology scheme is analyzed. It reveals the aging influence law of large diameter coal bunker excavation on the stability of the main shaft. The vertical displacement and stress of surrounding rock decrease exponentially with the distance after coal bunker excavation and support. When the distance between the coal bunker and the main shaft is more than 150 m, the coal bunker has no influence on the stability of the main shaft in the process of excavation and use.
