煤基固废浆体管道充填技术研究与应用 被引量:11

摘要 为解决煤炭资源开发利用过程中煤基固废排放难题,在流态化浆体处理技术构想的基础上分析了传统的固废处置技术处理能力、技术适应性,明确了浆体管道充填的技术原理及主要手段,给出了包含高位注浆充填、邻位注浆充填和低位灌浆充填在内的多种浆体技术手段的定义、技术特点及适用条件。并针对其主要技术手段开展了浆体管道充填的共性关键技术研究,提出了覆岩破碎区精准成孔技术,确定了充填关键参数确定方法,形成了浆体充填系统优化模型。实践证明,浆体管道充填技术是我国煤基固废处理技术发展的新趋势,应用结果显示该技术可满足煤基固废的处理需求,并取得了良好的经济社会效益。 In order to solve the problem of coal-based solid waste discharge in the process of coal resource development and utilization, analyzes the traditional solid waste disposal technology processing capacity and technical adaptability. Clarifies the technical principles and main methods of slurry pipeline backfill, and gives the definition, technical characteristics and applicable conditions of various slurry technical methods including high-position grouting backfill, adjacent grouting backfill and lowposition grouting backfill. And carried out the research on the common key technology of slurry pipeline backfill, proposed the precise drilling technology of the overburden fracture zone, obtained the method of determining the key backfill parameters, and formed the slurry backfill system optimization model. Practice has proved that slurry pipeline backfill technology is a new trend in the development of coal series solid waste treatment. The application results show that this technology can meet the needs of coal series solid waste treatment and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
