摘要 近距离煤层开采是煤矿瓦斯治理的重点和难点,回采期间因近距离相邻煤层瓦斯大量涌入回采工作面,造成工作面、采空区、回风流瓦斯浓度增高,给工作面的安全生产带来极大隐患。针对东沟煤矿145工作面瓦斯治理问题,采取了高位钻场钻孔抽放、上隅角插管抽放、工作面顺层孔预抽、底板穿层孔拦截抽放等一系列瓦斯综合治理手段,有效解决了工作面回采期间瓦斯问题,保证了工作面的安全高效开采。 Short distance coal seam mining is the key and difficult point of gas control in coal mine.During the mining period, a large number of gas from the close adjacent coal seams poured into the working face, resulting in the increase of gas concentration in the working face, goaf and return air flow,which brings great hidden danger to the safety production of the working face. Aiming at the gas control problem of 145 working face in Donggou coal mine, adopts a series of gas comprehensive control measures, such as drilling drainage in high drilling field, upper corner intubation drainage, bedding hole pre drainage in working face, floor through hole interception drainage and so on, which effectively solves the gas problem during the mining period of working face, and ensures the safe and efficient mining of working face.
