快速掘进系统由宽体特种连续采煤机和十臂锚杆钻车组成,在简单地质条件下的单巷掘进工作面使用。宽体特种连续采煤机负责巷道掘进和煤岩物料运输,十臂锚杆钻车负责巷道支护。十臂锚杆钻车和宽体特种连续采煤机可以独立行走,互不影响,十臂锚杆钻车10台钻臂同时工作,顶帮锚杆锚索钻机分工明确,支护作业位置相对固定,机械化、专业化程度高,巷道支护更快。十臂锚杆钻车支护的同时宽体特种连续采煤机能够进行全断面掘进,实现掘、锚平行作业,从而实现巷道快速掘进。

Rapid tunneling system is composed of wide-body special continuous shearer and ten-arm roof bolter. It is used in single roadway heading face under simple geological conditions. Wide-body special continuous miner is responsible for roadway excavation and transportation of coal and rock materials, and ten-arm roof bolter is responsible for roadway support. The 10-arm roof bolt drilling rig and the wide-body special continuous miner can walk independently without any influence from each other. The 10-arm roof bolt drilling rig and the 10-arm roof bolt drilling rig work simultaneously. The top-side roof bolt and anchor drilling rig has a clear division of labor, and the supporting operation position is relatively fixed, mechanization, high degree of specialization, tunnel support faster. The wide-body special continuous miner can carry out the full-section driving while the ten-arm bolt drill supports, and realize the parallel operation of driving and bolting, so as to realize the rapid tunneling of the roadway.
