摘要
基于区块链的工作原理,构建了煤矿应急信息联动模式,分别从技术构架、组织构架、子系统构架3个方面,描述了该模式包含的内容。从事故判断、事故界定、信息区块生成、追溯恢复4个阶段,阐述了煤矿应急信息的联动模式。进一步地探讨了该模式的关键问题。打通了井下动态环境与地上煤矿应急主体之间的信息堵点,提升了煤矿应急响应效率,形成了共同监管机制。
Based on the working principle of block chain, the linkage mode of coal mine emergency information is constructed. The contents of this mode are described from three aspects: technical framework, organizational framework and subsystem framework. It expounds the linkage mode of emergency information in coal mine from four stages: accident judgment, accident definition,information block generation and retroactive recovery. Further, the key problems of this mode are discussed. It has opened the information blocking point between the underground dynamic environment and the emergency main body of the above ground coal mine, improved the efficiency of the emergency response of the coal mine, formed the common supervision mechanism.
