摘要
电梯控制系统可针对用户操作做出相应反应,以达到运输人员和货物的目的。针对目前电梯自动化水平较低以及多部多层电梯异常状态频发的现状,基于TIA博途、S7-1200 PLC、PC机、RPOFINET和WinCC等软件、硬件平台,构建了一套全新的电梯监控系统。该监控系统从六部十层电梯的硬件组态入手,提出了一种易于实现集中运行和维护的电梯远程监控系统设计方案,并以PC机作为上位机,在博途WinCC平台上完成了电梯用户登录管理子系统、电梯运行状态监控子界面设计,同时创新地加入了电梯运行趋势记录以及关键数据报表输出功能,最后基于可靠的集群控制算法并利用电梯仿真平台进行系统仿真实验。仿真结果表明,提出的电梯远程监控系统运行稳定可靠、操作简单,对实际工程有一定的借鉴意义。
The elevator control system can respond to users’operation to achieve the purpose of transporting people and goods.To avoid frequent accidents of the multiple multi-level elevators as for the low-level control system,an advanced remote-control system is proposed in this paper.The control system is designed based on the specialized hardware and software platforms containing TIA Botu,S7-1200 PLC,personal computer,RPOFINET,and WinCC.Taking six ten-floor elevators unit for example,the user login subsystem and operation status monitoring sub-interface are designed based on the platform of TIA Botu.Besides,the function of recording the service data of the elevator system is also subtly considered.The simulation experiment is conducted for the designed system with a reliable cluster control algorithm,which demonstrates the validity of the proposed method.
