减重手术在2型糖尿病中的应用

Application of bariatric surgery in type 2 diabetes

全球肥胖症的患病率大幅度上升,肥胖相关合并症的患病率也在增加,包括糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常等。减重手术是肥胖病人获持续性体重减轻的治疗方法,其在改善甚至治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)方面也有显著的效果,且效果明显优于传统的治疗方案。本综述旨在归纳总结减重手术及T2DM相关文献,对目前常用的减重手术在T2DM中应用相关研究证据进行总结。

The global prevalence of obesity has risen sharply,and the prevalence of obesity-related complications is also increasing,including diabetes,hypertension,and dyslipidemia.Bariatric surgery is a treatment method for obese patients to obtain continuous weight loss.It also has a significant effect in improving and even treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM),and the effect is significantly better than traditional treatment.The purpose of this review is to summarize the literature on bariatric surgery and T2 DM,and to summarize the relevant research evidence about the application of bariatric surgery in type 2 diabetes.
