摘要
对电梯企业员工招聘现状进行了调查,介绍了目前现有的职业测评方法和工具,探讨了案例测评方法在企业员工招聘中的应用,指出大数据、人工智能、区块链等新技术促进了员工招聘工作的智能化,最后展望了未来企业员工招聘工作的发展方向。通过本文中的研究,为电梯企业如何招到合适的人才、如何留住人才提供参考。
Investigating the current situation about staff recruitment of elevator enterprises,the existing career quizs and tools are introduced.The application of case evaluation method in staff recruitment is discussed.The new technologies like big data,AI,blockchain and so on,are pointed out,promoting intellectualization for staff recruitment.And the development direction for the work of staff recruitment is expected.According to this paper,the reference for elevator enterprises about how to hire equal talents and how to retain talents is put forword.
