清肺排毒汤联合西医常规疗法治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎合并高血压病119例临床疗效回顾性分析

Qingfei Paidu Decoction(清肺排毒汤)Combined with Western Medicine Routine Treatment for Coronavirus Disease 2019 with Hypertension:A Retrospective Study of 119 Cases

目的探讨清肺排毒汤联合西医常规治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)合并高血压病患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性收集2020年1月21日至3月4日8个省(市) 27家医疗机构确诊的新冠肺炎合并高血压病且服用清肺排毒汤满2个疗程(6天)的病例,根据年龄分为老年组(≥60岁)和非老年组(<60岁),比较两组患者主要临床症状改善情况、核酸转阴时间、住院时间、肺部病灶改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果共纳入119例患者,年龄22~87岁,中位年龄57岁;其中非老年组68例,老年组51例。临床主要症状以咳嗽(55.5%)、发热(47.9%)、干咳(31.9%)、乏力(26.1%)、气喘(12.6%)、厌食(16.0%)为主。99例肺CT异常患者中,74.7%的患者在治疗后肺部病灶吸收。99.2%(118例/119例)的患者痊愈出院,中位住院时间为16天,老年组住院时间(中位时间20天)长于非老年组(中位时间16天,P<0.05);老年组与非老年组核酸转阴时间,发热、乏力、咳嗽、干咳、厌食、气喘症状缓解时间,肺部病灶吸收率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。住院期间所有患者均未发生严重不良反应事件。结论清肺排毒汤能有效改善新冠肺炎合并高血压病患者临床症状,且具有安全性。

Objective western medicine for treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)with hypertension.MethodsData of confirmed COVID-19 cases with hypertension who were treated by Qingfei Paidu Decoction for at least two courses(6 days)was retrospectively collected from 27 medical institutions in 8 provinces(cities)from January 21 to March 4,2020.Patients were divided into elderly group(≥60 years old)and non-elderly group(<60 years old),and were compared on the improvement of main clinical symptoms,the time to negative conversion of nucleic acid test result,the time of hospitalization,the improvement of lung lesions,and adverse reactions.ResultsA total of 119 patients were included,with a median age of 57,ranging from 22 to 87 years old.There were 68 patients in non-elderly group and 51 patients in elderly group.The clinical symptoms were mainly cough(55.5%),fever(47.9%),dry cough(31.9%),fatigue(26.1%),asthma(12.6%),and anorexia(16.0%);74.7% of the 99 cases with abnormal lung imaging results showed absorption of lung lesions;99.2%(118/119)patients were cured and discharged.The median time of hospital stay was 16 days,with significant longer days of the elderly group(20 days)than that of the non-elderly group(16 days,P<0.05).In terms of time to negative conversion of nucleic acid test result,time to relief of fever,fatigue,cough,dry cough,anorexia,and asthma,lung lesions absorption rate,there were no statistically significant differences between elderly and non-elderly group(P>0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in all patients during hospitalization.Conclusion Qingfei Paidu Decoctioncan effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients of COVID-19 with hypertension,and is safe.
