摘要
传统的振动数据采集与分析系统复杂且不易操作,设计了基于LABVIEW的振动数据采集与分析系统,包括系统的硬件选择和配置问题以及系统软件的设计。硬件包括振动传感器,信号调节设备和计算机。软件是以LABVIEW软件为开发平台,并结合MATLAB软件一起设计完成的。本系统的主要功能包括在线数据采集和信号分析处理。以滚动轴承实验数据为例,计算了滚动轴承故障特征频率,与分析系统的结果进行比较,实现了轴承故障的有效检测,验证了系统的可行性。
The traditional vibration data acquisition and analysis system is complex and difficult to operate.This paper designs a vibration data acquisition and analysis system based on LabVIEW,including the hardware selection,configuration,and the software design of the system.The hardware of the system includes vibration sensors,signal conditioning equipment and computer.The software of the system is designed based on LabVIEW and MATLAB.Main functions of the system include on-line data acquisition and signal analysis processing.Taking the experimental data of rolling bearings as an example,this paper calculates the characteristic frequency of rolling bearing faults and compares it with the results of the analysis system,which realizes the effective detection of bearing faults and verifies the feasibility of the system.
