摘要
为研究玉米青贮饲料切碎装置的切碎机理,解决传统切碎装置切碎质量差、作业能耗大、喂料易堵塞等问题,设计了喂入速度和切碎滚筒转速等参数可调的玉米青贮饲料切碎装置试验台,该试验台可对全株青贮玉米完成物料传送、喂入碾压、切碎抛送等工作流程。以切碎长度、切碎长度合格率为主要性能指标,取饲料喂入的速度和切碎装置的转速作为试验因素,对关键部件进行优化设计,确定相关的性能参数。试验结果表明,当喂入速度为2 m/s、切碎装置转速为947 r/min、喂入倾角为5°时,切碎长度和合格率为最优组合,此时,切碎长度为21.8 mm,切碎长度合格率达到95.5%,籽粒破碎率为93.2%,生产率可达41 t/h。各项参数均符合国家标准和行业标准要求,可为玉米青贮饲料切碎装置的设计提供理论依据和技术参考。
In order to study the chopping mechanism of corn silage chopping device and solve the problems of poor chopping quality,low energy consumption and feed blockage of traditional chopping device,a corn silage chopping device test-bed with adjustable feeding speed and chopping drum speed was designed,which can complete the material transmission,feeding and rolling of whole plant silage corn Work flow of chopping and throwing.Taking the chopping length and the qualified rate of the chopping length as the main performance indexes,taking the feed feeding speed and the rotation speed of the chopping device as the experimental factors,the key components were optimized and the relevant performance parameters were determined.The experimental results show that when the feeding speed is 2 m/s,the rotation speed of the chopper is 947 r/min,and the feeding angle is 5°,At this time,the cut length is 21.8 mm,the cut length qualified rate is 95.5%,the grain breakage rate is 93.2%,and the productivity can reach 41 t/h.All parameters meet the requirements of national standards and industry standards,which can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the design of corn silage chopping device.
