摘要
针对某型汽车散热器冷却模块拉杆断裂现象,利用有限元分析方法对散热器冷却模块进行模态分析,通过实验验证有限元模型的准确性。然后进行整车路谱试验,测得散热器冷却模块所受到的激励信号,再对散热器冷却模块进行随机振动台架试验与仿真分析,确定散热器冷却模块拉杆断裂原因为拉杆处的最大应力远大于拉杆所用钢材的许用应力。提出在散热器悬置支架与车架连接处添加橡胶垫进行减振的方法,结果表明,随机振动试验中,当橡胶垫的硬度为60 HA时,拉杆处加速度有效值可衰减45.2%,提高了散热器的使用寿命。
Aiming at the phenomenon of cooling module rod breakage of automobile radiator of a certain type,the modal analysis of the radiator cooling module was carried out using the finite element method,the accuracy of the finite element model was verified through experiments.Then the road spectrum test was carried out to measure the excitation signal receive by the radiator cooling module,and then the random vibration bench test and simulation analysis were carried out on the radiator cooling module to determine the cause of the radiator cooling module rod breakage:the maximum stress at the rod is much greater than the allowable stress of the steel used for the rod.It was proposed to add rubber pad at the connection of radiator mounting bracket and frame for shock absorption,The results show that in the random vibration test,when the rubber pad's hardness was 60HA,the effective value of acceleration at the pull rod attenuated by 45.2%,and the service life of the radiator was prolonged.
