The Impact of Labor Transfer on the Elderly Care of the Left-behind Elderly in the Rural Areas of Northern Hunan

以农村劳动力转移为视角,对湘北农村留守老人养老进行实地调查,分析得出其劳动力流出对湘北农村留守老人养老的影响要素,同时结合相关养老政策性文件,梳理出劳动力转移对湘北农村留守老人养老需求的主要影响指标;应用层次分析(AHP)模型,计算其各影响指标权重并排序,得出湘北农村劳动力转移对其留守老人养老需求要素的影响程度,进而有针对性的提出改进策略。

From the perspective of rural labor transfer,a field survey was conducted on the retirement of the left-behind elderly in rural areas in northern Hunan,and the analysis concluded that the outflow of labor force affected the elderly in rural areas in northern Hunan.The main influencing indicators of the needs of left-behind elders;applying the analytic hierarchy(AHP)model to calculate the weights of the impact indicators and sort them to obtain the degree of influence of the rural labor transfer in northern Hunan on the needs of the left-behind elders,and then make targeted improvements Strategy.
