“一带一路”下黑龙江省服务贸易发展问题浅析

Analysis on the Development of Service Trade in Heilongjiang Province under "One Belt One Road"

黑龙江省作为中国最北方的大省,其边境三分之二和他国相邻,同时省内资源较丰富,有一定的竞争优势。近年来,经济发展情势良好,产业结构不断优化,一二产业比重逐渐降低,第三产业不断发展。黑龙江省凭借特殊的地理位置应积极发展服务贸易行业。“一带一路”倡议的提出,给黑龙江对外服务贸易的发展提供了政策支持。通过目前研究,黑龙江省服务贸易虽有一定发展,但仍旧存在一些问题需要解决和改进。黑龙江省应从当前服务贸易发展现状中总结出其存在的问题,找到对应的处理办法,从而推动黑龙江省服务贸易的发展。

As the northernmost province in China,Heilongjiang Province has two-thirds of its borders adjacent to other countries.At the same time,the province is rich in resources and has certain competitive advantages.In recent years,the economic development situation has been good,the industrial structure has been continuously optimized,the proportion of primary and secondary industries has gradually decreased,and the tertiary industry has continued to develop.With its special geographical location,Heilongjiang Province should actively develop the service trade industry.The proposal of the"One Belt One Road"strategy has provided policy support for the development of Heilongjiang's foreign service trade.Through the current research,although the service trade in Heilongjiang Province has developed to a certain extent,there are still some problems that need to be solved and improved.Heilongjiang Province should summarize its existing problems from the current development status of service trade and find corresponding solutions to promote the development of Heilongjiang Province service trade.
