摘要
随着我国经济社会发展步入新常态及国家科技创新体制改革的不断推进,企业已经逐步成为当前社会发展中的重要创新主体,科研项目作为企业推进技术产品创新的重要载体,数量和规模逐步增加,随之带来的项目管控难度也越来越大。本文结合企业科研项目组织实施管理特点、管理现状及存在问题,从强化立项论证、过程跟踪、经费管理、奖励激励等角度提出了加强企业科研项目全生命周期管理的建议,以期为提升科研项目管理水平提供指导。
With China's economic and social development entering a"new normal"pace and the continuous promotion of the reform on the national scientific and technological innovation system,enterprises have become an important innovation subject in the current social development gradually.As an important carrier for enterprises to carry out product and technological innovation,the number and volum of scientific research projects are increasing step by step,followed by the increasing difficulty of project management and control.Combined with the management characteristics,management status and existing problems in organization of enterprise scientific research project,this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the management of enterprise scientific research project by theory of life cycle management,from the perspectives of strengthening project demonstration,process tracking,special incentive,in order to provide guidance for improving the management level of scientific research project implemented by enterprises.
