摘要
本文通过风帽阻力特性数值测试研究,提出了改造方案,风帽整体阻力、风室等压特性良好。开展工程实施,风室与炉膛隔板风阻为5219Pa,阻力适中。消除了风帽漏渣问题,一次风流量可以维持在较低水平,一次风机电流大幅度下降、运行经济性显著增强。
In this paper,through the numerical test of the resistance characteristics of the hood,a modification plan is proposed.The overall resistance of the hood and the isobaric characteristics of the air chamber are good.Carrying out the project implementation,the wind resistance of the air chamber and the furnace partition is 5219Pa,and the resistance is moderate.The problem of slag leakage from the hood is eliminated,the primary air flow can be maintained at a low level,the primary fan current is greatly reduced,and the operating economy is significantly enhanced.
