摘要
激光雷达通过固定支架安装在白车身上,为保证激光雷达正常工作,雷达实车角度偏差须控制在±3°范围内。为验证系统累计误差对雷达安装角度的影响,需要通过VisVSA软件开展仿真分析,该仿真分析主要基于Monte-Carlo模拟法,即随机抽样技术,是一种通过随机变量的统计实验来求解工程技术难题近似解的数值方法,能分析各个因素的贡献因子,进而提出合理解决方案。
Laser Radar is assembled to the BIW by the bracket,to ensure its operation,fixing angle tolerance must be less than±3°.Validate the system accumulative error to Laser Radar assembling angle,need to conduct modeling and simulation by VisVSA.The simulation analysis method is mainly based on Montc-Carlo methlod,i.c.random sampling technique.It is a numcrical method to solve approximate engineering technical problems through statistical experiments of random variables.It can find out contributing factors of different factors,and come up with solutions.
