黑豆皮多糖的提取及对肝细胞的抗氧化性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以黑豆皮为原料,采用热水浸提法提取多糖,通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了黑豆皮中多糖提取的最佳工艺。结果表明黑豆皮中多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度为80℃,料液比为1∶40,提取时间2 h,在此条件下多糖的提取率可达1.77%。以人正常肝细胞系HL-7702为模型,考察黑豆多糖对肝细胞中活性氧(ROS)的清除作用。结果表明黑豆多糖能明显地降低H2O2诱导的ROS水平。 The extraction of polysaccharides from black bean skin was carried out via hot water extraction.The optimum extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal design of experiments and the results showed that showed that the optimum extraction conditions were:the extraction temperature was 80℃,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶40 and the extraction time was 2 h.The yield of polysaccharides was 1.77%at the optimum extraction conditions.The scavenging effect of black bean polysaccharide on ROS in hepatocytes was studied in HL-7702 cell line and the results showed that the ROS level induced by H2O2 was significantly reduced under black bean polysaccharides treatment.
