摘要
含油污泥的无害化、资源化处理处置是目前的研究热点,热解技术是前景最好的方法之一。本文分析了含油污泥的环境污染特性,总结了含油污泥处理处置的技术现状,论述了热解温度、加热速率、热解设备和催化剂等因素对含油污泥热解技术的影响作用,并展望了含油污泥热解技术的发展方向,以期推动含油污泥资源化利用的绿色可持续发展。
Pyrolysis technology is one of the best methods for the resource utilization of oily sludge,which has negligible secondary pollution and high energy recovery efficiency.This paper reviews the ecological risks and pyrolysis technology of oily sludge,mainly summarizes the effects of pyrolysis temperature,heating rate,pyrolysis equipment and catalysts on the oily sludge pyrolysis technology,and proposes to the future development direction of oily sludge pyrolysis technology.In order to provide reference for promoting the green and sustainable development of oily sludge resource utilization.
