摘要
将辊道窑作为高温热源,通过设定合适的焙烧曲线和各级棍棒传动频率,连续焙烧碳二/碳三选择加氢催化剂载体;分析数据表明,辊道窑焙烧结果良好,并提出了温度与比表面的线性关系;总结了利用辊道窑焙烧载体的不足,并提出了一定的参考意见;利用辊道窑焙烧载体,其优点突出,适宜于推广应用于催化剂载体焙烧。
This paper discussed the application of roller hearth kiln in C2/C3 carriers preparation.By setting appropriate parameters and transmission frequency,catalyst carriers were obtained continuously.According to the analysis data,results were summarized and a linear relationship between temperature and surface area was proposed.Dispite of the advantages of this type of roasting,there was still some shortcoming to improve.Roller hearth kiln could be used in the catalyst industry with a good future.
