摘要
本文总结了我国海洋中常见持久性有机污染物的种类、分布和来源,列举了一些对持久性有机污染物有较好降解潜力的微生物,已发现产碱杆属菌可以降解DDTs,添加质粒pDOD有助于降解DDTs;使用菌种DhcJNA和假单胞菌菌株B4等可降解PCBs;发现硫杆菌和硫单孢菌对PFOA有良好的耐毒性,PFAAs浓度与土壤中微生物菌落组成相关等。
In this paper,we summarized the types,distribution and sources of common persistent organic pollutants in the ocean of China,and listed some microorganisms with good degradation potential for persistent organic pollutants.It was found that alkaline-producing strains could degrade DDTs,and the addition of plasmid PDOD could contribute to the degradation of DDTs.PCBs were degraded by DHC JNA and Pseudomonas strain B4.It is found that thiobacillus and thiomonas have good toxicity resistance to PFOA,and the concentration of PFAAs is related to the composition of microbial colonies in the soil,etc.
