摘要
我国城市面源污染的治理在"十四五"期间将进入关键阶段。本文对面源污染的发生机理和影响因素进行了概括分析,对国内外开展面源污染控制的相关研究、管理方案和工程实践进行了综述,总结了有关面源污染的常见控制技术与对策。提出在面源污染的治理中应考虑源头、过程、末端的全过程管控,将工程措施和非工程措施相结合,实现水安全、水环境、水生态方面的综合治理效果。
China’s urban non-point source pollution control will reach a critical stage during the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period.In this paper,the occurrence mechanism and influencing factors of non-point source pollution are summarized.An overview of the related research,management scheme and engineering practice of non-point source pollution control at home and abroad are presented.The commonly used control technologies and meatures of non-point source pollution are analyzed.In the treatment of non-point source pollution,the whole process control of"source,process and end"should be considered,and the engineering measures and non engineering measures should be combined to achieve the comprehensive treatment effect of water safety,water environment and water ecology.
