Analysis of Safety Status and Risk Prevention and Control of Ecological Environment Monitoring Laboratory

根据生态环境监测实验室特点,及其安全管理现状,结合国家管理要求,识别和分析了实验室可能存在的安全风险因素,并且进行风险分级与管控,提出了重点抓好建立健全相关制度、强化危险化学品管理、规范人员进出管理、不定期开展安全监督检查、制定应急预案和前瞻性的规划实验室安全建设等方面的建议,旨在保障生态环境监测工作顺利开展。

Based on the characteristics of the ecological environment monitoring laboratory,and safety management status,combined with the requirements of national management,identifying and analyzing the possible safety risk factors in the laboratory and carrying out risk classification and control,putting forward some suggestions to focus on establishing and perfecting the relevant system,strengthening the management of hazardous chemicals,regulating the management of personnel in and out,carrying out safety supervision and inspection from time to time,formulating emergency plans and forward-looking planning laboratory safety construction,etc.,with the aim of ensuring the smooth development of ecological environment monitoring work.
