摘要
某饮料废水具有含有生化性高的有机物,含有大量悬浮物,进水水质不稳定,生产工艺上会有瞬时的大量成品直接进入污水系统,导致污水水质波动变化大等特点[5]。进水COD_(Cr)、BOD5、SS、TP的质量浓度分别为2500 mg/L、1100 mg/L、825 mg/L、12 mg/L。采用"预处理+水解酸化+缺氧+好氧"的组合处理工艺[3],进水COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、SS、TP的去除率分别为97.6%、98.8%、93.7%、96.5%,出水指标达到《广东省水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准。
A beverage wastewater contains high biochemical organic compounds,it contains a lot of suspended matter,the influent water quality is unstable,in the production process,there will be a large number of instantaneous finished products directly into the sewage system,it leads to the fluctuation of sewage quality.The influent COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),SS and TP concentrations were 2500 mg/L,1100 mg/L,825 mg/L and 12 mg/L respectively.The combined treatment process of"Pretreatment+Hydrolysis Acidification+Anoxia+Aerobic"was adopted,The removal rates of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),SS and TP were 97.6%,98.8%,93.7% and 96.5% respectively,The effluent index reaches the first level standard of the second period of the discharge limits of water pollutants of Guangdong Province(DB44/26-2001).
