摘要
重庆市某片区污水管网存在塌陷,严重影响污水过水能力,污水溢流风险较高。文章分析了该段管网塌陷原因,针对该段塌陷管网周边环境复杂,无法采用明挖进行修复,最终选择了紫外光固化非开挖技术对该段管网进行修复,并详细介绍了非开挖修复的施工流程、步骤及注意事项。修复后的管网满足相应规范要求,运行状态良好。该项技术作为环境友好的施工性技术,其成功应用的案例,必将对后续同类项目的解决提供一定的借鉴作用。
The sewer system in a district of Chongqing has collapsed,which seriously affects the wastewater flow capacity and leads to a high risk of wastewater overflow.This paper analyzes the causes of the collapse of the section of sewer system.In view of the complex surrounding environment of the section of collapsed sewer system,it is impossible to use open excavation to repair,and finally choose the trenchless technology of UV curing to repair the section of sewer system,and introduces in detail the construction process,steps and matters for attention of trenchless repair.The repaired sewer system meets the requirements of the corresponding specifications and runs well.As an environment-friendly construction technology,the successful application of this technology will certainly provide some reference for the follow-up similar projects.
