摘要
为了提高天然气使用效率、降低使用成本,在富氧燃烧时使用高温烟气再循环技术。本文通过计算其节能率并验证其可行性。得到了在理论燃烧温度一定的情况下,可通过提高排烟温度,增大烟气入炉循环系数的方式提高节能率。但提高节能率是限制的,最高为50%。为达到炉温要求,理论燃烧温度与烟气和新燃烧产物的混合温度入之间的差值不易太大需要根据情况选择合适的烟气循环比。
In order to improve the use efficiency of natural gas and reduce the use cost,high temperature flue gas recirculation technology is used in oxygen-enriched combustion.This paper calculates its energy saving rate and verifies its feasibility.It is concluded that under the condition of constant theoretical combustion temperature,the energy saving rate can be improved by increasing the exhaust gas temperature and the flue gas circulation coefficient.However,improving the energy saving rate is limited,with the highest being 50%.In order to meet the requirements of furnace temperature,the difference between the theoretical combustion temperature and the mixing temperature of flue gas and new combustion products is not easy to be too large,so it is necessary to select the appropriate flue gas circulation ratio according to the situation.
