摘要
本文介绍了铜铁钼镍合金中各组分的测定,样品用王水消解处理,用Y为内标元素,以待测元素的含量为横坐标,待测元素积分强度和内标元素积分强度的比值为纵坐标绘制工作校准曲线,采用内标法进行检测。本文分别从仪器测量条件的选择,分析谱线的选择,精密度测试及加标回收等几个方面进行了试验,结果表明,本方法测试结果准确度高,重现性好,RSD<1%(N=11),回收率在99%~101%之间。
This paper introduces the determination of components in cu-fe-mo-ni Alloy.The sample is digested by Aqua Regia,Y is the internal standard element and the content of the element to be tested is the horizontal coordinate,the ratio of the integral strength of the elements to be measured to the integral strength of the elements in the internal standard is drawn as the calibration curve in the vertical coordinate.In this paper,the experiments were carried out from several aspects,such as the selection of instrument measurement conditions,the selection of analytical spectral lines,the precision test and the recovery of standard addition.The results show that the method has high accuracy,good reproducibility,RSD<1%(N=11),the recovery rate is between 99% and 101%.
