摘要
建立了微波消解—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定土壤样品中Pb、Cd、Cr元素的方法。实验结果表明:各元素回收率在90.0%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)均<2.78%,检出限为0.001~0.004 mg/L,相关系数(r)为0.9990~1.0000,对两种土壤标准参考样进行测定,结果与标准值相符。
A method for simultaneous determination of Pb,Cd and Cr in soil samples by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.The experimental results show that the recovery of each element is 90.0%~103.0%,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12)is less than 2.78%,the detection limit is 0.001~0.004 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient(R)is 0.9990~1.0000.The results are consistent with the standard values.
