摘要 以仪器分析中"原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铅含量为例",运用虚拟仿真软件、Flash动画、视频、思维导图、e会学、云课堂等信息化手段,从教学背景分析、学情分析、教学目标、教学重难点、教学实施、教学反思与改进等方面进行信息化教学设计。通过将技能大赛和技能等级考试融入项目教学中,提升课程实用性;因材施教,递进式教学,注重综合能力培养;课程思政理念贯穿教学设计,切实提升教学效果。 Taking"Determination of lead content in food by atomic absorption spectrometry"in instrumental analysis as an example,the informative teaching design is carried out in terms of teaching background analysis,learning situation analysis,teaching objectives,teaching focus and difficulties,teaching implementation,teaching reflection and improvement by using virtual simulation software,Flash animation,video,mind map,e-Learning,cloud classroom and other informative means.By incorporating skill competitions and skill level examinations into project teaching,the practicality of the course is enhanced;teaching according to the material,progressive teaching,focusing on comprehensive ability cultivation;the concept of curriculum thinking and politics throughout the teaching design,effectively improve the teaching effect.
