药学专业本科教学的思考

Reflections on the Teaching of Pharmacy

现代医学和信息技术的迅猛发展,使得传统的药学专业课程教学模式已经跟不上时代的步伐,为了培养一支能适应医药行业高速发展的创新型、高素质、技能型医药人才队伍,我们必须对现有的教学方法和教学手段进行优化和改革,力求全面调动学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性,课堂结合实验,理论结合实践,传统授课与网络教学相结合,不断提高创新人才培养水平。本文通过对药学专业本科教学过程中的观察和思考,分析教学中存在的问题,提出几点对教学的思考。

With the booming development of modern medicine and information technology,the traditional teaching mode of pharmacy has been unable to keep pace with the times.In order to cultivate an innovative,high-quality and skilled pharmaceutical talent team that can adapt to the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,we must optimize and reform the existing teaching methods and means to arouse students’interests and enthusiasm.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching by observing and thinking about the undergraduate teaching process of pharmacy major,and puts forward some thoughts on teaching.
