摘要
冷轧工业纯钛带经罩式退火后,板形状况较差,经过拉矫工序的拉伸和弯曲矫正作用,可以实现对钛带板形缺陷的有效矫正。本文分析了拉矫生产过程中影响钛带板形的张力、速度及弯曲矫平辊压下量三要素之间的线性关系,达到提高生产效率、改善钛带板形的目的。
The shape condition of pure titanium strip in cold rolling industry is poor after hood annealing and the shape defect of titanium strip can be effectively corrected by stretching and bending correction.In this paper,the linear relationship among the three factors affecting the shape of titanium strip in the process of tension,the speed and the reduction of bending and leveling roll is analyzed to improve the production efficiency and the titanium strip shape.
