两种更新模式下的历史街区对比研究--以武汉吉庆街与成都宽窄巷子为例

Comparative Study of Historic District under Two Renewal Modes--Cases of Jiqing Street of Wuhan and Kuanzhai Alley of Chengdu

在存量规划时代,历史街区的更新作为城市更新的重要组成部分,精细化的更新模式具有重要意义。本文以我国历史街区更新模式类型为视角,以武汉吉庆街与成都市宽窄巷子两种不同更新模式下的历史街区为研究案例,通过对比研究两种类型在文化、空间等方面的不同特点,提出我国未来历史街区更新模式的发展建议,以期为我国城市更新提出可借鉴的思路。

In the era of stock planning,the renewal of historical districts is an important part of urban renewal,and the refined renewal mode has great significance.In this paper,from the view of the types of historical block update mode,Jiqing Street in Wuhan and Kuanzhai Alley in Chengdu under different renewal modes are taken as cases to compare and study the different features of the culture,space,and other aspects.Then the suggestions on the renewal mode of historic district in the future in our country are put forward with a view to provide ideas for reference for the urban renewal in China.
