Cost Analysis and Evaluation on the Prefabricated Building

国家正在大力推进的装配式建筑具有节能、环保等特性。但相对于传统建筑而言,较高的成本制约了装配式建筑的发展。本研究分析了现阶段我国装配式建筑的成本优势和劣势,并针对性地剖析了影响成本的因素,提出了应对措施。旨在为产业发展提供基础信息,以促进我国装配式建筑产业的有序发展。

The prefabricated building is energy saving and environmental protection which is promoted by the country.But compared with the traditional building,its higher cost restricts the development of the prefabricated building.This paper analyzes the cost advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated buildings in China in current stage,and analyzes the factors that affect the cost,and puts forward countermeasures.The purpose is to provide basic information for industrial development,in order to promote the orderly development of China’s prefabricated building industry.
